We offer a 30-day free return and refund policy for all eligible orders. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your package.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items should:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Be in good condition with no excessive wear or damage.
  • Include original packaging whenever possible.
  • Not be personalized or custom-made.

A brief try-on to check sizing is perfectly acceptable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product. We'll gladly arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Size Issues

If the clothing doesn't fit your dog as expected, contact our support team within the return period. We'll help you with a return, exchange, or finding the right size.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@PetThreads.store with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Return the approved item using the provided instructions.
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow our standard return procedure.
